Buses:
M15, uptown on 1st Ave; downtown on 2nd Ave.
M66, cross-town along 67th St. & York Ave.
M31, cross-town along 57th St., turning uptown on York Ave.
Subway:
Take the #6 train to East 68th Street. Walk four avenues east to York Avenue.
Car or Taxi:
The driveway entrance to 1305 York Avenue is on the west side of York Avenue, between 69th and 70th Street. Parking is by valet in a garage beneath the building. Taxis can enter on York Avenue and exit onto 70th Street.
FROM NORTH (New England): Take the Major Deegan Expressway South to Triboro Bridge, take the Manhattan exit. Follow signs to the F.D.R. Drive, South. Continue South to 71 St. Street Exit. Make the first left on to York Ave and proceed to 70th St.
FROM EAST (Queens, Long Island): Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE – 495) West to the Greenpoint Avenue Exit. Bear Right and follow Hunters Point Avenue to the 2nd Light. Make a Right on to Van Dam Street. Stay on Van Dam and follow directions to the 59th Street Bridge. Stay to the right over Bridge and take the lst Avenue Exit. Make a left on 1st Avenue, and continue to 70th Street. Make a right on 70th Street to end. Make a right on York Avenue and continue to garage entrance for building.
Or take the Long Island Expressway (LIE – 495) West to the Mid-Town Tunnel. Proceed North on First Avenue to 70th Street. Turn right and go 1 block to York Avenue. Make a right on York Avenue and continue to garage entrance for building.
FROM WEST (New Jersey, Pennsylvania): Take the New Jersey Turnpike East (or alternate East Road) to the Lincoln Tunnel, Exit 16E, proceed North on 8th Avenue to 56th Street, turn Right (East) on to 56th Street and proceed cross-town to lst Avenue. Turn Left (North) onto 1st Avenue and proceed to 70th Street; turn Right (East) onto 70th Street and proceed 1 block to York Avenue. Make a right on York Avenue and continue to garage entrance for building.
