Elizabeth Grill, Psy.D.
"Infertility is a life crisis that strikes at the very
core of the individual and couple experiencing it. One of the
most difficult aspects of infertility for many patients is the
loss of control they feel. Psychological counseling and stress
management techniques can help patients get support and feel
more empowered as they develop the coping skills to decrease
their anxiety, increase their sense of control, and restore
a feeling of hope for the future."
